Put your skills to use building sites for WIP

This site is primarily aimed at entrepreneurs that want to work with us to make money from their own sites. Of course ― we are aggressively building our portfolio, and if you are a competent, entry-level to advanced web developer, writer or blogger ― you might be the right person to join our team and design sites for us. You would work on developing sites from our domain portfolio ― on such interesting topics as Technology, Medical, Leisure, Gaming, Business and more.

  • Entry-level work consists of Blog content posting, Blog image uploading, “click and build” websites and crosslink posting.
  • Mid-level work would be constructing simple sites requiring no programming, just graphics and frames-based construction. While these are listed for potential sale, most of these are ready for immediate development.
  • If you enjoy the work, and demonstrate that you have talent and are reliable, there are “Advanced-level” sites and projects that might work for you.

What the work pays:

  • Work on sites is priced on an individual basis.
  • It might be “piecework” per site or blog created; or it might be that you have the kind of skills we need to have you start work on an hourly basis as a WIP Subcontractor.

How Piecework Works:

  • First, send us an email telling us about your skills, and if possible, include a link to samples of your past work.
  • If you have skills we need, we will go though a simple process of getting started: You must have a US Social Security Number, US Federal ID Number or other type of Tax Identification from the country in which you are a citizen.
  • Once we get started, we send you the content and image files you need to do your project. We would also provide many URLs to additional sites for reference ideas. And offer ongoing email feedback while you get started.
  • You either upload your finished files to our server― or have us review a sample of your Blog work to verify completion.
  • We pay you instantly from PayPal or FirePay upon satisfactory delivery

Skills Required For Entry-level work:

  • Ability to write English, Spanish or Chinese well enough to read this information and to correspond with our web team.
  • Ability to write simple paragraphs about simple subjects at a “high school” level in one of the following languages: English, Spanish, Simple Chinese, Japanese, Korean.

Skills Required for Mid― and Advanced-level work:

  • Skills as above plus…
  • Basic Web design experience― please forward sample URLs.
  • Solid working knowledge of an HTML editor like Dreamweaver or others
  • Familiarity with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
  • Awareness of basic design principles and a good basic artistic sensibility
  • Knowledge of how to use Photoshop

Skills required for Advanced-level work:

  • Skills as above plus…
  • Knowledge of how to use Illustrator
  • Experience in fine arts, graphic design, film, photography, animation, multimedia
  • A good grasp of JavaScript
  • Experience with ASP, CGI, FTP, and database integration
